Our Commitment to Quality

At Emilux, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality LED lighting products that meet the highest engineering and performance standards.

Every Emilux product undergoes rigorous testing, quality control, and durability checks to ensure long-term reliability and customer satisfaction.

As a result of our commitment to excellence, all Emilux lighting products come with a standard three year warranty from the date of purchase.

1. Scope of the Emilux Warranty

Our three-year warranty guarantees that Emilux products are free from manufacturing defects in design, materials, and workmanship.

During this period, if a defect occurs under normal use and conditions, Emilux will repair or replace the faulty product free of charge, upon verification and proof of purchase.

The Emilux warranty applies to:

  • All indoor and outdoor LED lighting products

  • All optical and housing components manufactured by Emilux

  • Products installed in non-coastal and standard environments

Important Note:

Certain Emilux products are not suitable for installation within five miles of the coast or in harsh environments. Please check the product specifications before installation or contact us for a list of coastal-approved luminaires.

2. Warranty for Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased Emilux products through a third-party distributor or retailer, your warranty coverage is held with them.

Their terms and conditions may differ from the standard Emilux warranty. We recommend contacting the original seller directly for assistance with warranty claims.

3. Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, please ensure the following:

  • The defect is reported within two months of its discovery

  • Emilux is notified in writing of the claimed defect via email

  • The defect is acknowledged by Emilux as a genuine fault caused by design, materials, or workmanship

  • The defective product or part is returned to Emilux, at the customer's risk but at Emilux's expense, once approved

4. Warranty Exclusions

The Emilux warranty does not cover:

  • Improper installation, handling, or maintenance

  • Use of non-Emilux components or spare parts

  • Electrical systems not compliant with sector regulations

  • Alteration or repair without Emilux's written consent

  • Fair wear and tear, negligence, or abnormal conditions

  • Damage during transport or storage

  • Damage caused by accidents, lightning, flooding, fire, or other natural events

  • Use in coastal areas when the product is labeled unsuitable for such environments

  • Lamps, drivers, and control gear supplied by third parties

  • Products differing slightly in design due to compliance with updated safety or regulatory standards

5. Warranty Replacement Policy

If Emilux is unable to replace a defective product with the exact same model, we will offer an alternative replacement of equal or similar specification.

However, due to ongoing advancements and updates from LED component suppliers, identical replacements may not always be possible.

Emilux reserves the right to modify designs or components to meet current technical and regulatory requirements without prior notice.

6. Coastal and Outdoor Lighting Warranty

All exterior Emilux products are covered by the same three-year warranty as indoor models, provided they are installed in suitable environments.

For installations near coastal regions or in areas with high salinity and humidity, please ensure you choose from our coastal-rated product range to maintain warranty validity.

7. Limitation of Liability

Emilux shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages to people, property, or animals

  • Improper use or non-compliance with installation and maintenance instructions

  • Damages resulting from improper storage, voltage fluctuations, or non-certified installations
